Electoral Literacy Club (ELC’s) is set up in Government College , Hindaun City with the primary objective of sensitizing the student community about democratic rights which includes casting votes in a responsible manner in elections. Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) has been set up in the College in the year 2017.It is constituted at the behest of Election Commission of India (ECI) with a motive to aware and ensure the participation of youth & future voters who are pillars of Indian democracy. The vision of ELC is To develop a culture of electoral participation and maximize the ethical voting and follow the principle ‘Every vote counts’ and ‘No voters to be left behind’.

The Institution has the ELC functional with the following office. Students’ co-ordinator and co-ordinating faculty members are appointed by the College and the ELCs are functional.
