CHALLENGES
- Teaching and Non -Teaching staff ratio in proportion to workload and student strength. Since appointments and placement of Teaching and Non-teaching staff are as per Government procedures and policies.
- Constraints of financial resources for specific infrastructure requirements.
- Prepare the students for proper placement and employability with existing course structures.
- Monitoring learning outcome and planning accordingly for individual level mentoring and adaptive student based learning.
- Non availability of vocational and professional courses in the institution which affects the placement activities of the institution.
- Large number of students appears in this college as non -collegiate students in their annual examinations and the college finds it very difficult to handle them with scant human resources.
- Number of computers and ICT tools need to be increased so that IT infrastructure for computer LAB, language LAB, Virtual LAB.
